Privacy Policy

Our commitment

We built Fusion Post to help you share your work without exposing what should stay private. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

1. Information we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the platform:

  • Account data: name, email, password hash and onboarding preferences.
  • Project data: domains, URLs, generated posts, screenshots, captions and scheduling choices.
  • LinkedIn tokens: OAuth tokens required to publish posts on your behalf. These are encrypted at rest.
  • Usage data: feature usage, error logs and scheduler run logs to keep the service reliable.
  • Communication data: messages sent through support channels.

2. How we use your information

We use your data to operate the platform, generate and publish posts, schedule content, manage your account, provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising targeting.

3. Website screenshots and public content

When you provide a domain, we capture publicly visible pages of that website. We do not log in to private areas, bypass authentication or capture pages not reachable from public links. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and reference any website you submit.

4. AI and content generation

We send selected project or topic information to AI providers to generate post copy and images. Inputs are limited to what is needed for the post, and generated content is stored for your review and approval before publishing.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers needed to operate the platform (hosting, database, AI providers, payment processing, LinkedIn APIs). We do not share your data with unrelated third parties for marketing.

6. Security

We use encryption, access controls, row-level security and regular backups to protect your data. LinkedIn tokens are stored encrypted. No system is completely secure, so we encourage you to use strong passwords and report suspicious activity.

7. Data retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account and associated data from your settings. Some logs may be retained for security and compliance purposes for a limited period.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at contact@nexgenfusion.in to exercise these rights.

9. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain session security. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers that follow you across the web.

10. Children's privacy

Fusion Post is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the service or the law. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact us

For privacy questions or data requests, contact NextGen Fusion at contact@nexgenfusion.in, WhatsApp +91 73482 28167, or Instagram @nextgenfusion.devs.
