1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Fusion Post ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.

2. Description of service

Fusion Post is a LinkedIn content automation tool that helps users generate, schedule and publish posts from project URLs, website screenshots or topic descriptions. Features include autopilot scheduling, multi-account publishing, image generation and content approval workflows.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and any activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Post content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing or infringing.
• Share confidential or proprietary information without permission.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer or abuse our capture or AI systems.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Interfere with the security, availability or performance of the platform.

5. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload, write or publish through the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. We do not claim ownership of your LinkedIn posts, screenshots or original writing.

6. LinkedIn accounts and third-party services

You are responsible for any LinkedIn account you connect. You must have the right to post on behalf of any account you link. We are not liable for actions LinkedIn takes on your account, including restrictions or suspensions, and you agree to follow LinkedIn's own terms of service.

7. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Some features may require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through the payment provider shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextGen Fusion and Fusion Post shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time from the platform settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
